Our Salesforce Community portal provides a new innovate and simple way for our customers to get in touch with us concerning any questions. The portal allows you to raise cases online, monitor their progress, and view completed and outstanding cases. You can also correspond electronically directly with the member of staff responsible for addressing your question. You can request login details to access the Salesforce Community once you have purchased one of our on-premise applications or hosted subscription plans.

We have dedicated US-based staff on hand during extended business hours to assist you via a phone call, email or through the Salesforce Portal in the case of technical support. We can also assist you remotely by connecting to your machine. This means that we can often have your software applications back up and running as soon as possible. Dedicated to the constant development and enhancement to products where possible, MAM Software regularly releases application updates which include patch fixes and development. With our cloud-hosted products, these updates are handled remotely and usually out of business hours to minimize disruption to trade. We also provide automatic Windows updates to cloud-hosted customers which include security and operating system enhancements.
